At Ruggers Rugby Supply, we want to ensure you have the right gear for the pitch; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Condition

  Ensure all items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached and footwear remains in its original branded box.

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
